Ha Tinh Labor Federation mobilizes the establishment of Trade Unions at transport enterprises
The Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor worked with Bach Dai Dung Transport Company Limited and mobilized the establishment of a Trade Union at the company.
On August 16, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the unit had just conducted a working session and mobilized the establishment of a Trade Union at Bach Dai Dung Transport Company Limited.
Participating were comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Department in charge of the Western Cluster Union and the company's leaders.
At the meeting, the company's leaders introduced the business's operations in general with 400 regular employees and more than 200 social insurance participants, the main occupation of which is road passenger transport.
The company always fully complies with legal regulations on labor and its obligations to the State.
The Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged the production and business results, hoping that the company will continue to maintain efficiency, ensure jobs, and increase income for workers.
At the same time, it is recommended to coordinate in preparing conditions for establishing a Trade Union organization, mobilizing workers to write applications to join to protect their legitimate rights and build harmonious labor relations.
The company's leaders basically agreed on the contents of the discussion and will continue to research and coordinate to establish a Trade Union organization in the coming time.
