Admitting union members and launching the Super Glass Vietnam Grassroots Trade Union

Thanh Dong Ward Trade Union in collaboration with Super Glass Vietnam Electricity Company Limited (Industrial cluster west of Ngo Quyen Street, Thanh Dong Ward, Hai Phong City) has just held a ceremony to announce the Decision on admitting union members and launching the grassroots trade union at the enterprise.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Ward Trade Union announced the Decision to admit the first workers and laborers of the enterprise into the Trade Union; at the same time, presented the Decision to establish the Trade Union of Super Glass Vietnam Electricity Company Limited. The Provisional Union Executive Committee was introduced and assigned tasks right at the event.

The establishment of the Trade Union organization at Super Glass Vietnam Electricity Co., Ltd. is of great significance, contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

This is also the foundation for building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; creating conditions for union members to participate in emulation movements, cultural and sports activities and care programs of the Trade Union organization.

The Company's Board of Directors is committed to closely coordinating with the Ward Union and the grassroots Union in the coming time to build a safe and civilized working environment, improving the material and spiritual life of workers, thereby contributing to stabilizing production and developing sustainable enterprises.
