Gia Lai establishes Tam Quan Ward Trade Union
Gia Lai - On September 18, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish the Tam Quan Ward Trade Union, officially operating from September 9.
After establishment, Tam Quan Ward Trade Union managed 28 grassroots trade unions with 5,521 union members in Tam Quan, Hoai Nhon Tay, Hoai Nhon Bac and Hoai Nhon wards.
The Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (GFF) also announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Tam Quan Ward Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - an expert of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Quan Ward - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Tam Quan Ward Trade Union; the Executive Committee consisted of 7 people.
Previously, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish 3 commune unions: Phu Cat, Phu My and Tay Son; 4 ward unions: Quy Nhon Bac, Quy Nhon Dong, Quy Nhon Nam and Hoai Nhon Nam.
Up to now, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor has established 8 commune and ward unions (before the merger, the old Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor had established 4 ward unions).
