Da Nang establishes 2 more grassroots trade unions with 79 union members

On March 7, the Da Nang City Labor Federation said that the unit had organized a conference to announce the decision to admit union members and establish 2 grassroots trade unions at enterprises in industrial parks in the city.

This is an activity contributing to further promoting the work of developing union members and expanding trade union organizations right in the first months of Binh Ngo 2026.

Accordingly, the grassroots trade union was established at two enterprises including: Huy Hoang Pillow Co., Ltd. (Hoa Khanh Industrial Park) and Viet Phap Da Nang Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd. (Hoa Khanh Expanded Industrial Park), with a total of 79 employees admitted to the trade union organization.

At the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Oanh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of industrial parks of the city handed over the decision to admit 34 employees of Huy Hoang Pillow Co., Ltd. and 45 employees of Viet Phap Da Nang Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd. into the trade union organization; and announced the decision to establish grassroots trade unions and appoint interim Executive Committees at two enterprises.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises aims to gather and unite workers to participate in trade union organizations; thereby caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and at the same time promoting the role of a bridge between workers and businesses in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Speaking at the announcements, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Oanh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks of Da Nang City proposed that the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organizations, build operating regulations, promote propaganda and mobilize workers to participate in trade union organizations; coordinate with businesses to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

This is the result of the proactive mobilization of the Trade Union Committee of industrial parks of the city in the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.

In the past time, especially in the first months of Binh Ngo 2026, the Da Nang City Labor Federation continued to identify the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions at enterprises as a key task, contributing to expanding trade union organizations, improving operational efficiency and better caring for union members and workers in the city.
