Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, Da Nang Establishes 3 New Grassroots Trade Unions
Da Nang - Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union trained on union financial work and announced the decision to establish 3 new grassroots trade unions.
News from the Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on December 28 said: The Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organized a training conference on financial work, assets and accounting regimes of grassroots trade unions for more than 100 grassroots trade union officials including: Trade Union Chairman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee, officials in charge of inspection and accounting work of trade unions.
At the conference, delegates were trained and updated on many important contents related to trade union financial work such as: legal bases, principles of collection and expenditure, financial and asset management, revenue distribution, budget making, trade union financial settlement; instructions on the use of trade union financial and asset management software.
In addition, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union has provided full documents regulating the law, the trade union organization and forms related to trade union financial work to help grassroots trade union officials in the implementation process at the unit.
Through the conference, the grassroots union cadres were equipped with necessary knowledge and skills, contributing to improving the effectiveness of management and use of union finance and assets in accordance with regulations, publicity, transparency, and meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Also on this occasion, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organized the announcement and presentation of decisions of the City Labor Federation on recognizing union members and establishing grassroots unions at 3 enterprises in the ward( Wakumo VietNam Company Limited, Waebox Media Company Limited, Thai Duong Travel Company Limited).
This is a meaningful activity, contributing to expanding the trade union organization, enhancing the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
