Le Chan Ward Trade Union establishes 11 more grassroots trade unions

11 newly established grassroots trade unions include: Hoa Phuong Industrial Cleaning Co., Ltd., Xuhui Vietnam Co., Ltd., C&T Trading and Service Co., Ltd., Thien Phuc Hoang Construction Co., Ltd., Thai Binh Elevator Equipment Co., Ltd., Istar Transportation and Trading Co., Ltd., Tai Anh Development Co., Ltd., TTG Interior and Construction Joint Stock Company, Hong Nguyen Construction and Foundation Treatment Joint Stock Company, TDA Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company and Bao Anh Private Enterprise.

At the conference, representatives of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation awarded decisions to establish grassroots trade unions, admitting more than 160 union members in 11 units into the Trade Union organization; and at the same time appointed interim executive committees at units.

It is known that in the first half of 2026, Le Chan Ward Trade Union will promote propaganda and mobilize businesses to establish trade union organizations, establish 13 grassroots trade unions, reaching 433% of the annual target; admitting 198 new union members, equal to 40% of the annual plan. Le Chan Ward Trade Union, in the past time, the unit has coordinated with professional departments to review businesses operating in the area, send documents mobilizing the establishment of trade unions for businesses with 20 or more employees and will continue to expand to businesses with 5 or more employees.

In the last 6 months of 2026, Le Chan Ward Trade Union will continue to review newly established businesses to mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions, completing the target of developing union members assigned by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation.
