Hoa Thanh Ward Labor Union officially launched the 2025-2030 term
On November 10, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Hoa Thanh Ward Labor Union, under the Provincial Labor Federation.
Attending the conference were Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Hoai Thanh; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Thanh Ward Nguyen Ngoc Anh; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nguyen Duc Hao Ward, and representatives of departments, branches, ward unions and grassroots unions in the area.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish the Hoa Thanh Ward Trade Union, appointing an Executive Committee of 5 people and an Inspection Committee of 3 people.
Ms. Bui Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee and Member of the Party Executive Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Thanh Ward, was appointed to hold the position of Ward Trade Union President for the 2025-2030 term.
The Provincial Federation of Labor transferred 11 grassroots unions with 2,550 union members to the Hoa Thanh Ward Union for management and operation according to regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Hoai Thanh congratulated the Executive Committee of the Hoa Thanh Ward Trade Union, term I, and suggested quickly stabilizing the structure, implementing activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights of union members, actively mobilizing union members and building a strong organization.
Immediately after the announcement ceremony, Hoa Thanh Ward Trade Union held an expanded Executive Committee Conference to approve the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term. The new term aims to comprehensively innovate the organization and operation, apply digital transformation, enhance dialogue and collective bargaining, develop union members and build a strong team of cadres, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the Ward Party Committee, towards building Hoa Thanh ward for comprehensive and sustainable development.
