An Khe Ward Labor Union, Da Nang promotes the establishment of an independent preschool union

An Khe Ward Labor Union, Da Nang City held a conference to promote the establishment of an independent Preschool Union, with the participation of more than 50 workers working in the area

This is a meaningful activity to implement the policy of the trade union organization, while meeting the needs and aspirations of the team of workers in the field of preschool education in the ward.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Dang Quang - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Khe Ward said that the establishment of an independent preschool union is an inevitable requirement at present, in order to better protect the legitimate and legal rights of workers, while creating motivation for preschool teachers to work with peace of mind and contribute to the cause of education.

Mr. Hoang Bach Tung - Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairman of the An Khe Ward Trade Union directly guided and propagated about the purpose, meaning and benefits of participating in the independent Preschool Union.

According to him, the union will be a common home, a place where union members' rights are protected, they are provided with legal support, their expertise is improved and the spirit of the collective is connected.
