On November 8, the Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. held the 1st Executive Committee Conference (expanded), term 2025-2030.

Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise specializing in shoe production for Adidas and Asics brands located in Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune, Dong Nai Province with 3,200 union members, accounting for 100% of the total number of employees.

In the coming term, the Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. will continue to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization as the representative, protector of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; Innovation in methods of operation, taking union members and workers as the center, focusing on the grassroots, promoting the proactive and creative spirit in the entire trade union system...

Main targets in the coming term: 100% of workers are disseminated and guided to implement legal regulations related to labor rights and obligations; 100% of recommendations and reflections of union members and workers are received, processed, or reported to competent authorities for timely resolution.

Implement the current collective labor agreement and maintain negotiation and signing of the new collective labor agreement when it expires, ensuring that there is at least 1 more advantageous provision than the law; 100% of union members enjoy union benefits. Support for difficulties, illnesses, natural disasters, female employees... is correct, sufficient, and timely; Strive to develop at least 3,000 new union members during the term; introduce at least 1 outstanding union member to the Party for consideration and admission each year; Organize at least 2 thematic activities for female workers each year.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dai - Member of the Standing Committee - Deputy Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union - Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged the efforts of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. in the past period.

At the same time, it is recommended that in the coming term, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union continue to strengthen the work of caring for and protecting workers, thereby contributing to reducing labor disputes; In the following years, promote the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, organize labor conferences well, grasp the thoughts of union members...

The conference to organize the election of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the third term, 2025-2030 term consists of 5 people. Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. The conference also elected Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam as a delegate to the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress.
