4 newly established grassroots trade unions
Ho Chi Minh City - Tan My Ward Trade Union organizes a ceremony to award decisions of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on establishing 4 grassroots trade unions with 178 trade union members.
On March 14, Mr. Vo Khac Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of Task Force for area management No. 2, Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - said that the Standing Committee of Tan My Ward Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City, has just held a ceremony to announce and award decisions of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on establishing grassroots trade unions at 4 enterprises in the ward and recognizing union members.
Accordingly, grassroots trade unions were established at Manulife Vietnam Co., Ltd., Technology T&H Co., Ltd., Byteup Technology Co., Ltd. and Verichains Co., Ltd.
The total number of trade union members recognized this time is 178 people.
This is an activity to strengthen the gathering of workers working in enterprises into the Vietnam Trade Union organization to care for and represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Thereby, affirming the role of trade union organizations in businesses in the ward.
