Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress - A milestone in innovation activities

On the morning of December 31, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) held the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term (first session). The Congress was attended by 200 official delegates, representing nearly 90,000 union members.

This is the first congress of Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union after perfecting the organization, in line with the requirements of restructuring the apparatus and innovating the method of trade union activities in the current period.

In the first working session, the delegates unanimously elected the Presidium, Secretariat, and the Delegation status Inspection Board; approved the working program and regulations; and reported the results of the examination.

The representative of the Presidium reported and compiled opinions on the participation in the documents of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the review report of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term, and submitted to the 1st Provincial General Confederation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.

Also at the Congress, representatives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor presented the Commemorative Medal for the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to leaders and union officials.

On this occasion, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also presented commemorative medals for the cause of building and developing Lam Dong province to 36 individuals.
