Vietnamese workers pioneer in entering a new era

According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the organization of Workers' Month should be associated with the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 139 years of International Labor Day and 135 years of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday; activities to celebrate Party congresses at all levels and the Labor Safety and Hygiene Month in 2025.

Strive to have 55% or more of grassroots trade unions in all types of enterprises have at least 1 activity in response to Workers' Month; have 35% or more of grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units have at least 1 activity in response to Workers' Month in 2025.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor recommends that trade unions at all levels continue to organize activities that are effective in localities, sectors, and units, welcomed by many union members and workers, and cared for and supported by party committees, authorities, and employers at all levels.

At the same time, it is necessary to select to effectively implement a number of activities such as the Program "Creative workers, firmly entering the new era", organize propaganda activities, mobilize union members and workers to study, improve their skills; cultivate courage, innovate working style, improve integration skills.

Continue to effectively implement the emulation movement to improve qualifications, professional knowledge and skills; encourage union members and workers to innovate, have many initiatives, improve techniques, apply modern technology to production, contribute to increasing labor productivity, work efficiency, and improve business efficiency.

Organizing the "Creative Labor Festival 2025", competitions to propose ideas, initiatives, and technical solutions to innovate production processes; save raw materials, fuel, time, and labor; new methods, good models in modern corporate governance; content and methods of trade union activities at the grassroots level.

Along with that, honor and commend workers with achievements in labor and production with many initiatives and creativity; achieve high achievements in excellent worker competitions...

The "May Dialogue" Program and the "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party" Forum, Trade Unions at all levels need to advise, propose, and coordinate to organize so that heads of Party committees, authorities at the same level and employers can contact and dialogue with union members and workers in accordance with actual conditions.

Advising Party committees at the same level to organize the Forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party" before the Party congress at the same level to listen to and resolve workers' problems; absorb and implement the Party's instructions.

For the "Thank you to workers" Program, coordinate with employers to organize activities to care for, support and show gratitude to workers. Advising leaders of Party committees, authorities, National Assembly deputies, People's Council deputies, and employers to visit, encourage, and give gifts to workers.

At the same time, organize sightseeing, vacations, and meetings with workers' families; "Cultural and Sports Festival"; organize the Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; introduce and develop workers' party members.
