Trade union comprehensively cares for union members and workers during Tet

More than 60 billion VND to care for Tet for union members and workers
With the motto "All union members and workers have Tet", the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has developed a plan to organize care activities before, during and after Tet, focusing on grassroots levels, taking union members and workers (NLĐ) as the center.
The programs have been organized diversely, suitable to the actual situation in the locality and businesses, and have been responded to and participated in by a large number of union members and workers.
On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, trade union levels in Phu Tho province have allocated more than 60 billion VND to synchronously implement many practical and meaningful activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances...
The Provincial Labor Federation has allocated 37,516 Tet gifts (12% of the number of workers and employees in the province); decided to give 20,244 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each union member and worker a gift in cash worth 1 million VND with a total amount of 20 billion 244 million VND.
Along with that, receiving and giving gifts from Party and State leaders, the National Assembly, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor 1,500 gifts (including 700 gifts worth 2,300,000 VND/gift including cash: 2,000,000 VND; gift of 300,000 VND; 800 gifts worth 1,300,000 VND including cash: 1,000,000 VND, gift of 300,000 VND).
Prominent are the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" and the 2026 Trade Union Tet Market organized in 3 areas: Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho and Hoa Binh with more than 50 booths attracting more than 10,000 union members to participate.
At the program, Trade Union levels presented Tet gifts, cash support, and necessities to union members in difficult circumstances, and workers far from home who do not have the conditions to return home for Tet with their families. Many cultural and artistic activities, lucky draws, legal advice, and free health care were also integrated into the organization, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere.

In addition, the online "Trade Union Tet Market" model continues to be implemented to date, with 7,360/8,200 union members successfully purchasing goods, reaching 90% according to the allocated target, has provided essential goods, ensuring quality at preferential prices, deep discounts for union members and workers. Through the program, workers have the opportunity to shop for Tet economically and safely, contributing to reducing year-end spending pressure.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 14,972 bus tickets to 14,972 union members and workers from distant hometowns returning to their hometowns for Tet with a total amount of 4 billion 941 million VND; presented 3000 0-dong shopping vouchers with a total amount of 1 billion 050 million VND; 5000 discounted shopping vouchers with a total amount of 1 billion 500 million VND; presented 2,650 lucky draw tickets with prizes worth nearly 200 million VND.
Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and Trade Unions at all levels directly visited, wished Tet, and encouraged workers at 30 enterprises and units that still maintained production and Tet duty during Tet with a total amount of 150 million VND. At the same time, gifts were given to nearly 3000 workers at 31 enterprises that have not yet established grassroots trade unions with trade union contributions with a total amount of nearly 3 billion VND.
Trade union levels in the province also strengthen grasping the ideological situation, life, jobs, salaries, and Tet bonuses of employees; proactively coordinate with the government and employers to ensure the legitimate and lawful rights of union members and employees; promptly resolve arising problems, contributing to maintaining harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
