On the afternoon of May 11, attending Workshop Center No. 01 were Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Agencies, Chairman of the Central Committee (CC) of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai; Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan - former Vice President of the State, Non-specialized Vice President of the CC of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education...
Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X; Senior Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Association, chaired the Workshop Center No. 01.

In which, Dr. Kieu My - Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Technology (AITI Institute) - participated in discussions on the topic of upgrading the Digital Front - applying artificial intelligence to build a consultation channel to listen to people's opinions.
Dr. Kieu My has made 3 proposals for the digital front to fully develop its potential.
One is to bring the Digital Front to the people. The platform is there, but to truly become a national consultation channel, the next necessary thing is for the people to know and use it.
Two is to upgrade the AI application from supporting professional lookup to analyzing people's opinions on a large scale. AI needs to be able to automatically classify opinions by topic, identify issues of concern, and synthesize them into a comprehensive and objective picture for Front leaders to promptly grasp people's aspirations.
Three is to build a feedback loop so that people see their voices being heard and processed. It is necessary to supplement a mechanism to automatically notify through digital channels when opinions are received and there are solutions. When there is a clear feedback, people will have more trust, attachment and more substantive participation with the Front.
Speaking at the closing of the presentation program at Workshop Center No. 1, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X - assessed that the presentations presented at the center all had rich information, in which the delegates suggested creative ways of doing things, innovative thinking... The Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to complete the content of the draft document submitted to the XI Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
