Establishment of a Party cell at Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd

On October 5th, the Party Committee of Hoat Giang commune held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Party Cell of Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and the decisions to appoint secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party cell.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ); representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, leaders of Hoat Giang commune and Venus Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Party Committee of Hoat Giang commune announced the decision to establish the Party Cell of Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. including 7 party members; and announced the decisions to appoint secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party cell.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Xuan Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoat Giang commune - congratulated the Party cell and 7 party members for being able to participate in activities at the Party organization right at their workplace.

According to the Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoat Giang commune, the establishment of a new party cell is just the beginning. The important task is to build a clean and strong party cell, operating in accordance with principles, suitable to the specific production and business of enterprises and the lives of workers.

The Party Committee of Hoat Giang commune proposed that the Party cell soon develop working regulations, work programs and assign specific tasks to each party member; maintain the order and principles of Party activities. The content and time of activities need to be arranged in accordance with the specific production by shifts and shifts of enterprises.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Mai Anh - Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee - highly appreciated the proactiveness of the Party Committee of Hoat Giang commune, the Provincial Labor Federation, grassroots trade unions and the consensus and facilitation of the leaders of Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. in establishing the Party cell.

Mr. Pham Mai Anh requested the company's Party cell to clearly define its operating motto from the beginning; the content of activities must be close to the reality of the business, linking political and ideological work with issues of concern to employees and businesses.

Through this, the activities of the Party organization contribute to creating consensus, building a team of responsible, skilled, disciplined workers, and at the same time contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
