17 union members of Quy Nhon Bac Ward are admitted to the Party
Gia Lai - In the first 9 months of 2026, Quy Nhon Bac Ward Trade Union introduced 45 outstanding union members for Party consideration, of which 17 were admitted.
In the first 9 months of 2026, Quy Nhon Bac Ward Trade Union (Gia Lai) has created sources, fostered and introduced 45 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission, of which 17 people have been admitted to the Party.
To achieve this result, the Ward Trade Union has directed grassroots Trade Unions to promote propaganda, political and ideological education, and raise awareness of union members and workers about the role of the Party and the meaning of striving to become party members.
The work of creating sources is associated with patriotic emulation movements, improving productivity and quality of work, promoting initiatives, technical improvements and digital transformation.
Through practical labor, production and Trade Union activities, units discover union members with good moral qualities, high sense of responsibility, and prestige in the collective to nurture and introduce to the Party Committee for consideration.
Ms. Tran Thi Tiep - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quy Nhon Bac Ward, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Quy Nhon Bac Ward - said that in the coming time, the unit will continue to coordinate with the Party Committee to review and foster sources of Party member development; innovate emulation movements, especially in non-state-owned enterprises, contributing to improving the quality of union members and building strong Party organizations.
