Establishment of a Party cell at an FDI enterprise with 8,500 employees in Thanh Hoa

On October 9th, the Party Committee of Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa province, said that it had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Party Cell of Sunjade Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ); representatives of the Party Committee of Quang Phu ward, company leaders and trade union officials and members at the enterprise.

At the ceremony, leaders of the Quang Phu Ward Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Party Cell of Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. and the decisions to appoint Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Cell for the term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Cell.

This is the second Party cell established at a foreign-invested enterprise (FDI), directly under the Quang Phu Ward Party Committee.

It is known that Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. is an FDI enterprise specializing in manufacturing and processing export shoes, currently creating jobs and stable income for about 8,500 workers.

The establishment of Party cells at enterprises aims to create conditions for Party members to maintain a disciplined Party life, raise their sense of responsibility, and promote their pioneering and exemplary role in labor and production.

At the same time, the Party cell will promote the political core role in the enterprise, propagate and mobilize employees to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, creating a foundation for sustainable business development.
