The Party Committee of Ba Na commune, Da Nang city organized the opening ceremony of the 2nd Party awareness training class in 2026. Ms. Bui Thi Linh Chi - Chairwoman of Ba Na Commune Trade Union said: In 2026, Ba Na Commune Trade Union was assigned by the Da Nang City Labor Federation to introduce at least 28 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and foster.

However, from the assigned targets to bringing workers to actually participate in training classes is not an easy process.

The specific nature of working in shifts, shifts, pressure on production progress, income and time makes it difficult for many workers to arrange their studies. Businesses also have to balance human resources to ensure production and business activities.

In addition, it is necessary to have a process of propaganda, orientation and appropriate motivation to arouse the spirit of striving to join the Party in the workforce.

From that reality, the Commune Trade Union determined that, to do a good job of creating sources for Party development among workers, it cannot just stop at reviewing and making introduction lists, but must proactively create consensus from workers, businesses and Party committees" - Ms. Chi said.

The commune trade union has focused on propaganda work, helping union members and workers understand more deeply about the Party, about the meaning of striving to become a party member and the responsibility of workers in the new period.

Through grassroots trade unions, positive factors in labor and production, with a sense of organizational discipline, sense of responsibility and aspiration to strive are concerned, discovered, encouraged, and created conditions to continue to train and grow.

Proactively building close relationships

According to Ms. Bui Thi Linh Chi, a noteworthy point in the work of Ba Na Commune Trade Union is to proactively build close and reliable relationships with businesses, considering businesses as companions in fostering and developing the workforce of workers.

Instead of just proposing to arrange time for workers to participate in classes, the Commune Trade Union focused on exchanging and sharing difficulties in production organization, and at the same time clarifying the long-term benefits of building a team of workers with political awareness, discipline and high sense of responsibility.

In particular, the Commune Trade Union has closely coordinated with the Party Building Committee of Ba Na Commune Party Committee, proactively exchanging and proposing to coordinate the time to organize training classes suitable to the specific working conditions of workers at enterprises.

This approach has gradually formed consensus and coordination responsibility between the Trade Union organization, Party committees and businesses in Party development work.

From a task with many difficulties in implementation, the work of creating sources among workers is being proactively put into regular operation by the Commune Trade Union, associated with improving the quality of union members and building a strong Trade Union organization.

Ba Na Commune Trade Union determined that completing the target assigned by the City Labor Federation is a responsibility to strive to implement, but more importantly, the quality of the introduced union members.

Each worker participating in training needs to continue to be cared for, encouraged, and monitored in their training and striving process to truly become positive factors at the enterprise and a source of quality party member development for the commune Party Committee.
