Identifying the work of participating in Party building and developing party members as one of the top important political tasks, in the past time, grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) under Dien Hong Ward Trade Union, Gia Lai province have proactively and actively implemented many practical solutions.

Thereby, constantly improving the quality of union members, discovering, fostering and introducing outstanding factors for the Party to consider and admit.

The Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions under Dien Hong Ward Trade Union have regularly innovated the content and methods of operation; promoted patriotic emulation movements such as: "Good labor, High productivity, Good income", "Innovation, digital transformation and digital initiatives"; "Good at state affairs - Good at housework"...

Impressive results in the first 9 months of 2026

Thanks to doing a good job of propaganda and creating motivation to strive, the work of developing party members in the Dien Hong Ward Trade Union system has achieved very encouraging results.

In the first 9 months of 2026, 14 grassroots trade unions with Party organizations under the management of ward trade unions have discovered, selected and introduced 47 outstanding union members to Party committees at all levels to foster awareness of the Party.

To date, 25 new party members have been admitted who are typical trade union members with outstanding achievements in trade union work and activities.

Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, Dien Hong Ward Trade Union will continue to direct grassroots trade unions to well implement key tasks such as: raising awareness and innovating propaganda work. Innovating ideological education methods through thematic activities, dialogues and digital platforms suitable for each workforce.

Effectively organize patriotic emulation movements, proactively review and discover typical factors with good moral qualities and prestige in labor production to introduce to Party committees for consideration and Party admission, especially in non-state-owned enterprises.
