Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huyen - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union said that in addition to the general policies for employees of the unit, female employees who are pregnant and raising young children will be given priority for at least 1 hour of extra rest time. The arrangement of rest time will also be arranged according to the needs of female workers.

At factories, we arrange special rest rooms for female workers with rest rooms, health rooms, breast rooms, etc. Female workers working in special jobs related to the eyes are given a day off with the condition of not using a phone and a bonus of 15,000 VND/day to encourage workers to focus on resting and ensuring health. Proactively connect with partners to build health care programs for female union members.
