Applying digital platforms in union member management
Hanoi On November 1, the Trade Union of Garment Corporation 10 held the 10th Congress with 108 outstanding union members representing more than 3,300 union members of the entire Corporation.
The Congress evaluated the results of the 2023-2025 period with many outstanding achievements.
The report at the Congress stated that in the context of the textile and garment industry suffering many impacts after the pandemic, the Trade Union of Garment Corporation 10 still affirms its role as a solid support for more than 3,300 union members, ensuring jobs, increasing income, taking care of life and spreading the movement "Good workers - Creative workers".
The Corporation's Trade Union also accompanies the professional team to effectively implement the "dual goal": Promoting green transformation, digital transformation.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Congress determined the goal of continuing to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, building a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization, towards happy workers and sustainable business development.
Some key indicators are set out: 100% of cadres and workers are admitted to the Trade Union; over 95% of the Trade Unions of departments and groups under the Trade Union meet strong standards; each year, introduce at least 20 outstanding union members to the Party for admission consideration; apply digital platforms in union member management, establish online Counseling - Support Centers for workers; launch emulation movements towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the 10th May and important events of the country...
