Administrative management of union members in the electronic and digital environment

The first delegation conference of the Tang Nhon Phu Ward Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025 - 2030 term was held on the afternoon of October 26.

The report at the conference said that the Tang Nhon Phu Ward Trade Union is currently being decentralized to manage 139 grassroots trade unions with 6,383 union members.

Recently, the Tang Nhon Phu Ward Trade Union has coordinated to award 20 scholarships to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances worth 20 million VND; organized job introduction booths, legal advice booths for legal aid, and free haircuts for more than 150 union members and workers.

The Tang Nhon Phu Ward Trade Union also coordinated with grassroots trade unions to organize a "Union Meal" program for 150 union members, worth 12 million VND, giving compensation gifts to 117 union members working in toxic environments worth nearly 40 million VND, and giving 26 Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to union children and workers in difficult circumstances worth more than 67 million VND.

The goal in the 2025 - 2030 term is that the Tang Nhon Phu Ward Trade Union will mobilize the establishment of at least 10 grassroots trade unions at enterprises with 20 or more employees, admit at least 100 employees to the trade union organization, 100% of chairmen and members of the grassroots trade union executive committee under the management of the ward will receive training and professional training; the work of managing union members' administrative affairs and data on organizations will be carried out in the electronic and digital environment.

At the same time, coordinate with grassroots trade unions in the ward to propagate to 100% of union members and workers at enterprises with trade unions about the Party's policies, the State's legal policies, and trade unions, supporting 80% or more of grassroots trade unions that are eligible to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements.
