Coordinate with grassroots trade unions to train and introduce 50 outstanding union members to the Party
HCMC - Cau Ong Lanh Ward Trade Union sets a goal for the 2025 - 2030 term of coordinating with grassroots trade unions to train and introduce 50 outstanding union members to the Party.
The Cau Ong Lanh Ward Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City has just successfully organized the 1st Delegation Conference, term 2025 - 2030.
Cau Ong Lanh Ward Trade Union is currently being decentralized to manage 177 grassroots trade unions with 7,256 union members.
During more than three months of operation, Cau Ong Lanh Ward Union has supported 53 union members in difficult circumstances with a value of 53 million VND; cared for 2 female workers and 4 union members of the technology motorbike taxi union in difficult circumstances, promptly encouraged the informal labor force.
The Cau Ong Lanh Ward Labor Union also coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to mobilize social resources to award more than 50 million VND in scholarships to children of people and workers in difficult circumstances and nearly 36.5 million VND to organize the program "Love Meal" to support lonely elderly people and disadvantaged cases in the locality.
The Cau Ong Lanh Ward Trade Union also set out the task of striving to establish a grassroots trade union organization in 100% of enterprises with 25 or more employees; by 2030, admit at least 300 new union members, coordinate or organize at least 01 activity to care for children of civil servants and laborers in the area each year.
The Cau Ong Lanh Ward Trade Union also supports grassroots trade unions in the area to implement a number of key targets: Propagating to 100% of union members and workers at enterprises with trade unions about the Party's policies, legal policies of the State, trade unions, and localities; supporting 80% or more of grassroots trade unions that are eligible to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements.
At the same time, coordinate with grassroots trade unions to train and introduce 50 outstanding union members to the Party, strive to average each grassroots trade union to introduce at least 1 outstanding union member; coordinate to support legal advice and legal support for 100% of union members and workers when required.
