Thach Lac Commune Police said that on the afternoon of November 18, while returning from work, Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Thanh Hiep - an officer of the Thach Lac Commune Police Security Team discovered Tran Dang H, a student of class 5C, Thach Lac Primary School, and his bicycle falling into a canal in Hoa Lac village, Thach Lac commune.
Immediately, Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Thanh Hiep jumped into the canal to help bring H and the bicycle to shore.
After that, Senior Lieutenant Hiep and the people contacted the family to take H home to the joy of the family and relatives.
