On the afternoon of November 22, at Tan Huong Industrial Park (Tan Huong Commune, Dong Thap Province), the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of King Hamm Garment Company Limited held the 3rd Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones; Mr. Ly Gia Hung - Deputy General Director of KINGHAMM Garment Company Limited and 75 official delegates.

According to the report at the Congress, for the 2023 - 2025 term, the company's grassroots trade union has promoted its role as an organization representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; actively participated with the authorities at the same level in implementing the grassroots democracy regulations well, building a united, professional and effective working environment.

The emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public affairs, good at housework" were vigorously implemented, creating a positive competitive atmosphere among union members and workers.

In particular, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has coordinated with the Trade Union Groups and professionals to promote the emulation movement to build strong and excellent Trade Unions; the emulation movement to save electricity, save production costs; the movement of technical innovation initiatives, rationalizing production to improve labor productivity, applying new technology applications to production, the movement "Good workers, creative workers", the movement "Research to promote initiatives, improve technology", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensure occupational safety and hygiene", "C business culture" to create efficiency in production and business...

In recent years, many initiatives of union members have been recognized; from 2023 to 2025, union members have contributed 32 initiatives, benefiting the company with tens of billions of VND.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones - acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Company's Trade Union in the past period.

The Congress agreed on 15 main targets and 4 breakthroughs during the term. At the same time, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term was also elected, consisting of 7 comrades; elected 1 delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union. Mr. Tran Huy Phong was elected as Chairman, Ms. Le Nguyen Binh Tram was elected as Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of King Hamm Garment Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term.
