Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation opens the Excellent Safety and Hygiene Officer Contest
Dien Bien - In the afternoon of May 15, the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized the 2026 Provincial Trade Union Excellent Safety and Hygiene Officer Contest.
The contest takes place in two days, from May 15-16, at the Provincial Youth and Children's Activity Center and the Provincial Stadium, with the participation of 10 teams including 50 contestants from grassroots trade unions in the province such as: Dien Bien Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Center for Disease Control, Provincial General Hospital...
Contestants will compete through 3 attractive competitions including: Greeting, knowledge and practice.


In which, the knowledge test focuses on legal regulations and guiding documents on safety, occupational hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, and rescue.
In particular, the practical competition on occupational safety and health and fire prevention and fighting skills will be held on the field at the Provincial Stadium on the morning of May 16.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the contest is organized to create conditions for safety and hygiene workers throughout the province to exchange, learn, and exchange experiences; improve legal knowledge and skills in handling situations on safety, occupational hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, and rescue.


At the same time, this is also an opportunity for trade union levels to continue to promote the emulation movement "Good labor, creative labor", raising the responsibility of employers and employees in complying with the provisions of law on occupational safety and health.
