More than 200 union members in Binh Duong compete in Trade Union and Occupational Safety
Ho Chi Minh City - More than 200 union members in Binh Duong region participate in a contest to learn about Trade Unions and labor safety.
On May 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation organized the contest "Proud of the working class - Strong Trade Union" and "Safe workers - Strong Trade Union".
The contest takes place directly in Ben Thanh ward and 2 online bridge points in Ba Ria and Binh Hoa wards.
In which, in Binh Hoa ward, it was organized by Working Group No. 4 for area management of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation. At this point, there were 200 union members and workers in the former Binh Duong province participating in the contest.
Representatives of Area Management Working Group No. 4 said that this is one of the activities of Workers' Month 18th - 2026 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity".
Through the contest, it aims to create conditions for officials, union members, and workers to learn more deeply about the resolutions of the Party Congress and the Vietnam Fatherland Front; learn about the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese working class in general and of Ho Chi Minh City in particular.

In addition, strengthen propaganda, raise awareness and awareness of law compliance on occupational safety and health for trade union officials, union members and workers. Thereby, consolidate trust, improve political bravery, and sense of responsibility in participating in building a strong Trade Union organization, contributing to the development of the working class in the new period.
In the afternoon of the same day, after the opening ceremony, the contestants participated in 2 parts of the competition, each part of the competition consisting of 21 multiple-choice questions.

On the first day of the exam, at the exam site in Binh Hoa ward, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 20 contestants with the most correct answers.
It is known that the contest will take place from 3:00 PM on May 22nd to 23:59 PM on May 31st, 2026. The award ceremony is expected to be held in June 2026.
