Adjusting targets close to reality, determined to complete tasks
Currently, there are 442 grassroots unions with a total of 37,694 union members, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor is developing new targets to suit reality, determined to complete the task.
The Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor has recently been rearranged to 2 departments, including the Trade Union Work Committee and the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee. In which, Party members of the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee also belong to the Trade Union Work Committee Party Cell for facilitation in leadership and management.
Recently, the Ha Tinh Trade Union Working Party Cell successfully organized the first Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Nguyen Van Danh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, was appointed to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; Ms. Tang Thi Linh Chi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary.
In the context of innovating the local government model and leadership methods, for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Cell proposed breakthroughs: Enhancing the sense of responsibility of Party committees and leaders; improving the quality of Party cell activities, training young Party members, strengthening supervision and effectively promoting the role of advisory committees, ensuring close activities to the grassroots.
According to the leader of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the unit is currently developing new targets, close to reality. It is expected to be approved next week. Based on those new targets, Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels are determined to strive and complete their tasks well. Focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of trade union activities, doing a good job of representation, caring for the interests of union members and workers.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has also agreed on important contents on the organization of the apparatus and key activities. In particular, clearly defining the functions of each committee and building a close coordination mechanism between the committees, at the same time reviewing the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee, promptly assigning tasks and amending operating regulations to suit the new situation.
The leaders of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor require each union cadre to promote a sense of responsibility, constantly strive to improve professional and technical capacity, proactively approach and effectively perform assigned tasks.
Strengthen negotiation, signing of collective labor agreements, resolving labor disputes, organizing dialogues with employers to ensure the rights of employees.
Together with the Trade Union Social Fund, actively and proactively mobilize social funding to care for and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, sick, ill and having work-related accidents.
