In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation attending the honoring ceremony, 43 collectives and 88 individuals with outstanding achievements in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" in the period 2023 - 2025 laid wreaths and paid respects to President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; the delegation's wreath bears the words "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".
