Propagating legal policies on social insurance to nearly 600 enterprises in Hai Phong

The conference was attended by nearly 600 small and medium-sized enterprises, business households and legal support workers for enterprises in the eastern part of the city.

At the conference, the reporter of the City Social Insurance disseminated the content and instructions on legal regulations related to the Law on Social Insurance 2024; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance 2024 and guiding documents for implementation, basic innovations of these two important Laws. Along with regulations on management of social insurance collection and payment, the responsibility of employers in identifying and managing social insurance participants, clarifying the content of late payment and evasion of social insurance payment to serve as a basis for administrative sanctions or criminal prosecution; measures to handle late payment, evasion of payment and urge the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance payment responsibility.

Delegates attending the conference also exchanged and shared the problems that businesses often encounter in the process of implementing policies. The questions of the delegates were directly answered specifically, sufficiently and appropriately by Mr. Vu Duc Khien - Deputy Director of the City Social Insurance. Thereby, helping employers grasp, understand and appreciate the support of legal knowledge on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance from the social insurance sector.
