Hai Phong supervises the implementation of legal policies of Hyundai Kefico Company Limited

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the City People's Council chaired the thematic supervision of "Implementation of policies and laws for workers in the period of 2021 - 2024" at Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dai An Industrial Park). Also attending the meeting were Mr. Bui Duc Quang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council.

Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2009, a member of Hyundai Motor Group Korea, specializing in research, development and manufacturing high-tech electronic products, controls for motorized and engine-powered vehicles.

The company currently has more than 2,300 employees, female employees account for 50% of the total. The average income of workers is over VND 15.4 million/month. Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Bui Duc Quang acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of business leaders in ensuring stable employment as well as implementing policies and laws for workers. At the same time, it is recommended that businesses continue to pay more attention to improving and increasing income; improving the quality of facilities: factories, kitchens, mid-hour rest areas... to ensure working and resting conditions for workers...

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the City People's Council, received the opinions and recommendations of enterprises to synthesize reports to the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and made specific proposals to contribute to removing and resolving problems.
