Training for union members and union officials in Vung Tau
HCMC - The training course held in Vung Tau will disseminate content on lifelong learning, occupational safety and hygiene... to union members and workers.
On November 6, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation's Area Management Working Group No. 5 said that it is coordinating with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and grassroots unions in the area to implement a plan to organize training courses for union members and workers.
According to the plan, the training course is scheduled to take place over two days, November 13-14, at the Trade Union Hotel, Vung Tau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The training participants are grassroots union officials (not receiving salaries from the budget), and workers at enterprises.
Through the training, cadres and union members will raise awareness of lifelong learning, solutions to promote lifelong learning among workers at enterprises. At the same time, some contents on implementing occupational safety and hygiene work were disseminated; some new points on occupational accident and disease regimes; application of information in self-development and identification of fraudulent acts through social networks...
