Training on organizing grassroots trade union congresses for trade union officials

At the conference, deploy guiding documents of the higher-level Trade Union on the 2025 - 2030 General Meeting of Shareholders; guide the process of organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Guidelines for developing the old Political Report, the review report of the Executive Committee, the personnel plan of the new Executive Committee; guiding the propaganda work of the Trade Union Congress; guiding the trade union finances, focusing on the content of the budget for organizing the Trade Union Congress.

Also at the training session, representatives of the leaders of the Trade Union Working Committee and the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee (under the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor) discussed and answered the opinions and questions of cadres and union members.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Hong Minh - Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that the Trade Union Congress at units and enterprises in industrial parks is an extensive political activity, of great significance in summarizing and evaluating the results of activities of the Trade Union organization.

At the same time, set out directions and tasks for the new term. Therefore, each grassroots union cadre needs to uphold a sense of responsibility, proactiveness and creativity in preparing and organizing the Congress, ensuring democracy, solidarity and compliance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The training conference is a practical activity, contributing to equipping grassroots union cadres with the necessary knowledge and professional skills to successfully organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels.

This is also an important preparation step towards the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress and the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
