Phu Tho - The Forestry University Trade Union organizes training on Trade Union work, including the process of organizing the Congress and personnel work.
This activity is included in the 2025 work plan and aims to equip the team of Trade Union officials with knowledge, skills, and working methods. Especially the organization of the Congress and trade union activities in the new situation.
The delegates exchanged, discussed, and shared practical experiences, contributing to helping the organization of the Congress and the activities of the Trade Unions of the units become more professional, effective, and suitable to the new situation.
The training not only contributes to improving the capacity of Trade Union officials at all levels, is a practical preparation step for the successful and effective organization of Trade Union Congresses at all levels, but also creates solidarity, unity, understanding and sharing between Trade Union groups and Departmental Trade Unions of the Truong Trade Union.
