The first grassroots trade union under the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor held a congress

On the afternoon of November 1, at Tan Huong Industrial Park (Tan Huong Commune, Dong Thap Province), the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd. held the 4th Congress of Trade Union Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.

The report at the Congress showed that in the past term, the Company's Trade Union has promoted its role and functions, basically completing the targets of the Resolution for the 2023-2025 term; effectively implementing propaganda and education work, contributing to raising awareness, sense of responsibility and sense of responsibility of union members and workers. The emulation movements are organized enthusiastically and practically, creating motivation to successfully complete production and business tasks, maintaining stability and safety at the company.

In the 2025-2030 term, the grassroots trade union will continue to innovate its content and methods of operation; focus on training and fostering cadres, improving professional qualifications and professional skills; promoting digital transformation, promoting grassroots democracy, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Along with that, strengthen the coordination of emulation movements, build a safe, cultural and united working environment, contributing to building a "stable, professional and reliable" Company.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, with the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress set out 15 specific targets; 6 key tasks and 9 main tasks and solutions, aiming to build a strong Trade Union organization, always a reliable support for union members and workers, actively contributing and pioneering the successful implementation of the production and business development goals of enterprises.

Speaking at the congress, Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - President of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor congratulated the achievements of the grassroots Trade Union in the period of 2023 - 2025, emphasizing the highlights of the company's Trade Union in the past term: closely following the policy of the Resolution of the Party Cell and the superior Trade Union; coordinating with the professional team to take good care of union members and workers to create stable income and jobs; unite and promote the role and function in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, workers and laborers, hoping that in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union will continue to promote its advantages and overcome limitations to always be worthy of being the leading unit of PouYuen Group.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 comrades; elected 2 delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union. Comrade Nguyen Van Be Ba was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Du Duc Vietnam Company Limited for the new term.
