Dak Lak Labor Union disseminates policies and laws to nearly 400 union members and workers

On October 19, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the unit had just coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance to organize a conference to disseminate and dialogue policies on Social Insurance, Health Insurance and the Trade Union Law in 2025 for nearly 400 union members and workers.

The event took place at 6 companies in Hoa Phu Industrial Park. Here, the reporter disseminated the rights and obligations of workers, guided the procedures for participating, paying and enjoying insurance regimes, and emphasized the role of trade unions in representing, caring for and protecting workers' rights.

The conference aims to create changes in awareness and responsibility when participating in trade unions; help workers better understand the benefits of participating in types of insurance, thereby raising awareness of compliance with labor laws and trade union laws, contributing to promoting production and business at enterprises.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor - affirmed that the work of propagating and disseminating the law is an important task, helping union members and workers promptly grasp information to better protect their legitimate and legal rights and interests.

The conference also took the time to directly answer questions from union members and workers and presented 20 gifts to those who answered correctly the questions in the legal knowledge competition.
