Handing over gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress to union members in Bac Ninh

On the day of the solemn session of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, June 4, gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress were handed directly to union members and workers in particularly difficult circumstances in Bac Ninh.

On the big festival of officials, union members and workers nationwide, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation directly visited, encouraged and presented gifts to particularly difficult cases. The gifts were presented on the opening day of the solemn session of the Congress with profound meaning, not only material support but also a message of love, concern and responsibility of the Trade Union organization towards union members and workers at the grassroots level.

According to the review of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, the whole province currently has 772 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses; of which 167 are particularly difficult cases that need to be cared for and supported. The gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress handed directly to workers are clear evidence that all policies and guidelines of the Trade Union organization are aimed at the goal of better caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

At the families visited, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung cordially inquired about health, life and shared the difficulties that union members and workers are facing. Comrade wished the families to continue to maintain their optimistic spirit, strive to overcome difficulties, and rise up in life.

Giving gifts on the right day of the solemn session of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress has contributed to spreading the atmosphere, belief and expectations of the Congress to union members and workers. Thereby affirming that, in any circumstances, union members always receive the attention and companionship of the Trade Union organization.
