Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation and Provincial Youth Union coordinate to care for young workers

On August 26, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union had just organized a signing ceremony for the 2026-2030 Coordination Program.

The program aims to strengthen coordination between the Trade Union organization and the Youth Union in gathering, uniting, caring for, supporting and promoting the role of young workers and laborers in economic zones and industrial parks in the province.

According to the coordination program, the two organizations will strengthen accompanying activities to support young workers and young laborers in life, employment and skills development; create an environment for this force to exchange, train, improve spiritual life and promote their role in labor and production.

Through coordination activities, the two sides aim to build an increasingly strong worker youth force, raise the sense of responsibility of young people in work, businesses and the community; and at the same time contribute to gathering and developing union members, association members and building strong Youth Union and Trade Union organizations.

The signing of the 2026-2030 Coordination Program is the basis for the Provincial Labor Federation and Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union to implement practical activities suitable to the needs of young workers and young laborers.

Thereby, contributing to strengthening the connection between workers and the Trade Union and Youth Union organizations; building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and contributing to the development of businesses and localities.
