According to the video owner, Ms. Nguyen Duyen (in Giao Thuy commune, Ninh Binh province), at about 5 pm on August 23, in the Nam Dien bridge area in Xuan Hung commune, Ninh Binh province, people discovered a person in distress and shouted for help.
I and everyone divided up to search and found a person wearing a black shirt trying to swim ashore. Immediately, a young man quickly approached the incident and directly went down to the river to rescue people. After that, another young man also found a way down to the river to help bring the victim ashore," Ms. Duyen said.
Immediately after that, people present in the area helped take the victim to the emergency room.
According to shared images, at the time of the incident, it was raining heavily. However, in the face of a dangerous situation, the 2 young men quickly approached and coordinated to bring the victims to a safe area.
