Extending the "arm" of trade unions to raw material areas

Not stopping at the factory area, the Trade Union of Yen Bai Silkworm Company also actively participates in building and consolidating raw material areas in Tran Yen, Quy Mong communes and neighboring areas.

Trade union members, especially the technical team, regularly go to the grassroots level to guide people on techniques for mulberry care, silkworm farming, and disease treatment. "If people do well, the factory will have a stable source of raw materials" - Ms. Dang Thi Anh Van - a trade union member expressed.

One of the important supports for strawberry growers is a stable and transparent coconut purchasing mechanism.

According to Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong - Chairman of the company's Trade Union, ensuring stable purchase prices is a key factor to maintain the raw material area.

We always propose that businesses harmonize interests, so that people can be assured and stick with mulberry trees for a long time" - Mr. Dong said.
