Garment company in Dong Nai spends more than 1.5 billion VND on bonuses for employees
Dong Nai - Dong Tien Joint Stock Company spends 1.5 billion VND to reward employees and organize meaningful activities during Workers' Month 2026.
On April 24, Dong Tien Joint Stock Company announced that it had decided to disburse bonuses for employees at a level of 400,000 VND/person on the occasion of Hung Kings Commemoration Day (March 10th of the lunar calendar), April 30th and International Labor Day (May 1st), with a total disbursement of 1.5 billion VND.
In addition, towards the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and responding to the 2026 Work Safety and Health Month, Dong Tien Joint Stock Company coordinates with the grassroots Trade Union to build many meaningful and practical programs to care for union members and workers.
On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, gifts will be given to each union member with an amount of 150,000 VND/person, with a total estimated expenditure of 555 million VND. The grassroots trade union of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company also gives gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, 2 million VND per case, with a total estimated expenditure of 90 million VND.
In addition, in order to maintain sports activities in the company with the motto "Happy and healthy to serve production", the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and the Youth Union also coordinated to organize Sports Festivals with competitions such as: Mini-football, badminton, tug-of-war, stilt walking, cross-country running, slow cycling, with a total prize value of over 60 million VND.
