At the employee conference just held, leaders and employees of Dong Nai Hydropower Company reviewed the production and business results in 2025.

At the same time, assess the implementation of regimes and policies directly related to the rights and obligations of workers and unify directions and key tasks for 2026.

In 2025, the Company completed and exceeded many important targets: Electricity output reached 1,894.3 million kWh, revenue of 1,913.9 billion VND, exceeding the assigned plan.

System operation, electricity market coordination, occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental protection were carried out seriously, without incidents occurring.

Science and technology activities along with cultural and sports movements continue to be promoted, contributing to building a safe and professional working environment.

According to Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh - Director of Dong Nai Hydropower Company, the unit currently has more than 150 officials, employees, and workers. The Employee Conference is an important democratic forum, showing the harmonious relationship between employers and employees.

Stepping into 2026, Dong Nai Hydropower Company identifies the key task as ensuring safe and efficient operation of the two Dong Nai 3 and Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Plants; completing the electricity production plan according to the targets assigned by Power Generation Corporation 1; managing reservoirs well, proactively preventing and combating natural disasters, protecting the environment; promoting large-scale repairs, saving costs.

At the same time, the Company continues to focus on caring for the material and spiritual life of employees, building harmonious and stable labor relations, creating a foundation for the collective of officials and employees to unite, be creative, and determined to complete the production and business goals set out.
