Company in Dong Nai increases salary for employees at the beginning of the new year

On January 5, the Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu Commune, Dong Nai Province) said that the company has decided to increase the basic salary for all employees working at the enterprise.

Accordingly, from January 2026, the probationary salary for employees will increase from VND 4.91 million to VND 5.264 million/month.

For workers who have signed labor contracts, the basic salary is adjusted to increase depending on the worker's level. The lowest increase is 354,000 VND/month, the highest increase is 574,000 VND/month. In which, the first-class worker salary increased from 5.23 million VND to 5.607 million VND/month. Meister 10 increased from VND 7.966 million to VND 8.540 million/month. For office workers, the performance is evaluated, with the highest increase of 15% of salary.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union said that the enterprise pays salaries and pays insurance for employees in accordance with the provisions of law. In addition to the above basic salary, workers have additional income from overtime pay. On average, employees working at the company earn from 9 to 12 million VND per month.
