Panko Vina Company will pay 13th month salary to employees

After receiving the recommendations of the employees, the Board of Directors of Panko Vina Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City worked with the parent company in Korea. On December 30, Panko Vina Company Limited announced a response to employees' recommendations.

Accordingly, Panko Vina Company Limited will pay 13th month salary to all officers and employees in the company according to the regulations applied in recent years.

The company fully pays severance pay according to regulations to employees. Continue to support social insurance payments for pregnant female workers to meet the conditions for maternity insurance.

The company will pay the entire annual leave to employees for the number of days not taken off.

After January 31, 2026, the company will still arrange office staff to solve problems related to employee's retirement such as: closing social insurance books, decision to quit... so that employees can enjoy the benefits according to regulations.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that on December 23, Panko Vina Company Limited issued a notice about the termination of the company's production and business activities from February 1, 2026. The reason for the termination is that the enterprise has encountered difficulties since the COVID-19 pandemic, recently there have been few orders, only orders for production workers until January 2026.

It is known that Panko Vina Co., Ltd. has been operating in Ho Chi Minh City for 23 years, currently has about 2,700 employees. In Vietnam, Panko Vina Co., Ltd. also has a factory in Da Nang City.

Regarding employment for workers, the units have introduced 7 enterprises that are in need of recruiting over 3,000 workers for workers to find jobs after Panko Vina Company Limited ceased operations.
