The report at the 2025 year-end conference of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA) held on December 31 showed that in 2025, due to the US Government's counterpart tax policy, natural disasters, floods in the North and Central regions, the relocation of Dong Nai Rubber Factory... has affected the company's supply of products to the market (including domestic and export). However, with the determination in direction and management of the Board of Directors, CASUMINA still achieved many positive results.
Total revenue in 2025 of CASUMINA will reach VND 4,546 billion, of which exports will reach VND 2,052 billion, domestic revenue will reach VND 2,436 billion, and other business revenue will reach VND 57 billion.
The average salary of the company's 1,750 employees is more than 15.7 million VND/person/month, an increase of 26% over the same period in 2024; profit reached 104 billion VND, equal to 110% of the 2025 plan, equal to 116% over the same period in 2024.
In 2025, the CASUMINA Trade Union negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with many provisions higher than the law, more beneficial to employees; coordinated with enterprises to successfully organize labor conferences, maintain the organization of quarterly commendation and awards for good employees and good employees of Workers' Month.
