The average 13th month salary for employees is about 19 million VND

On December 30, the working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor led by Comrade Thach Van Chung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor visited and worked at Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company - Hiep Hoa Commune, Bac Ninh Province.

Here, comrade Vu Thi Thanh Ha - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union quickly reported on the operation of the Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has done a good job of negotiating and signing labor agreements with many points that are more beneficial to employees such as: Monthly bonus regime is 1-3 million VND/person/month; average 13th month salary for union members and employees is about 19 million VND; salary support during probationary period, support for shift meals, kindergarten fees, paid personal leave; especially the regulation that female employees on maternity leave are still entitled to the 13th month salary.

The union is authorized by the company to manage the collective kitchen, regularly monitoring the quality and safety of food hygiene and hygiene. In 2025, the Trade Union will maintain and expand the improved meal model with 650 meals/day, diverse menus such as vermicelli, pho, fried rice, noodles, etc., contributing to improving physical strength and health, ensuring the regeneration of labor for workers.

The "Union Meal" program is organized periodically with 2 union meals/year and 1 union Tet meal for workers, creating a warm atmosphere, enhancing dialogue and cohesion between business leaders, trade unions and workers. A typical example is the emulation movement to complete the production plan, in 2025, nearly 1,000 workers will be rewarded with a total amount of over 3 billion VND. The "Initiative Emulation - Technical Improvement" movement continues to be promoted, with 122 individuals winning the initiative award, bringing clear economic efficiency to businesses.

Comrade Thach Van Chung - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor highly appreciated the activities of the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, hoping that in the coming time, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee will continue to innovate and be creative, exceeding the assigned targets and tasks; perform well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; emulation movements and propaganda - education activities are in-depth, creating active influence, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
