VoSo Hinge Intelligence Technology Trade Union improves the quality of welfare for workers

On December 29, the Trade Union of VoSo Hinge Intelligence Technology Company Limited (Vietnam) held a grassroots trade union congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Ms. Bang Hai Ninh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Phu Tho province, in charge of Vinh Phuc area attended and directed the congress.

Since May 2025, when it was established, the provisional union has closely followed the direction of the higher-level union, closely coordinated with the professional sector, promoted its role as a representative, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

Currently, the grassroots union has 95 union members, reaching a rate of 100%, operating in 3 union groups.

In particular, the trade union has coordinated to sign and implement the Collective Labor Agreement with many provisions beneficial to employees; organized shift meals of VND 25,000/person/meal; regularly supervised the implementation of regimes and policies on salary, working hours, rest, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

The work of propagating and disseminating labor laws, occupational safety and hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting has been implemented synchronously, contributing to raising awareness among union members.

In addition, cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, health care and building a green - clean - beautiful working environment are organized in a diverse manner, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, connecting workers with businesses.

Union financial work is managed strictly, publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the grassroots trade union of VoSo Hinge Intelligence Technology Company Limited (Vietnam) has determined the goal of building a strong trade union organization, innovating the content and methods of operation; improving the quality of negotiation, taking care of welfare, improving working and living conditions for union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable labor relations and sustainable development of enterprises.
