Dong A - Decal Ha Noi Company takes care of workers' meals in the hot summer
Nghe An - More than 200 union members and workers are cared for through the "Heather Cooling Summer" and "Trade Union Meal" programs during Workers' Month 2026.
On May 22, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Dong A - Decal Ha Noi Co., Ltd. organized the program "Raising the heat of summer" and "Trade Union meal" for more than 200 union members and workers working at the enterprise.
At the program, union members and workers enjoyed nutritious meals, and also received cooling gifts to encourage morale in prolonged hot weather conditions.
The activity is organized in response to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, contributing to caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The program not only shows the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with workers who are directly involved in production, but also creates motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time.
Through practical activities, the Trade Union organization continues to affirm its role in accompanying, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
