Pleiku Ward Trade Union presents nearly 300 gifts to children on June 1st

On May 30, the Trade Union of Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai province organized a working session with the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions in Chu Prong and Ia Rtor communes, and at the same time implemented the "Happy Children's Tet June 1st 2026" Program to care for the spiritual life of union members, workers and children of union members.

Through the program, the Pleiku Ward Trade Union has grasped the operating situation of grassroots trade unions, listened to difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing tasks after arranging the organizational structure; and at the same time strengthened coordination, guidance and support for units to effectively implement trade union tasks in 2026.

On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1st, the Pleiku Ward Trade Union presented 287 gifts to 287 children in two communes, of which Ia Rtôr commune had 117 gifts and Chư Prông commune had 170 gifts.

In addition, the unit also awarded 600 notebooks to 140 students who achieved the title of excellent students in the 2025-2026 school year.

The program also organizes meetings and exchanges for children of union members and workers of 10 grassroots trade unions; and at the same time deploys many fun activities, collective activities and cultural exchanges, creating a joyful and useful atmosphere for children.

This is a practical activity, showing the concern of the trade union organization for the children of union members and workers; contributing to encouraging them to be obedient, study well and improve the spiritual life of union members and workers in the area.
