Le Ninh Joint Stock Company Trade Union promotes care for workers

On May 31, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that in the past time, the Trade Union of Le Ninh Joint Stock Company has coordinated with professional departments to organize many activities towards union members and workers.

Prominent is the organic fertilization competition at trade union groups to improve skills and sense of responsibility in plant care, and at the same time encourage the application of environmentally friendly production methods. The Trade Union has rewarded union members who well implemented the criteria on technology, efficiency and labor safety.

The emulation movement to increase rubber latex production during Workers' Month was also widely responded to by union members. Many individuals with high labor productivity were commended and rewarded with a total amount of 9.6 million VND.

In addition, the trade union actively mobilized union members to promote initiatives, technical improvements, implement solutions to ensure safety and labor hygiene, and apply science and technology to production. On this occasion, three union members with initiatives were rewarded with a total amount of 900,000 VND.

The work of caring for the lives of workers continues to be concerned. The Trade Union has visited and supported union members in difficult circumstances with a total budget of 8.5 million VND; and at the same time coordinated to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program with a support level of 50,000 VND per meal.

In addition, 100% of union members of the unit participate in contributing to the Trade Union Social Fund in 2026. To date, the Trade Union of Le Ninh Joint Stock Company has contributed 13.5 million VND to the Trade Union Social Fund launched by the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation.
